February's Gov Communications Contract Awards
We're currently observing a significant increase in Requests for Information (RFIs), signaling the onset of what promises to be a bustling Request for Proposal (RFP) season ahead. Last month, we saw a few contract awards - here is a sampling of the larger, competitive contract awards:
Artemis Arc won a $4.9 contract at the VA for their Supervisor Ready Program aligned with the OPM Leadership Competency Model and VA Leadership Development Framework
Red Carrot won a $2.9 contract at Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a National Strategic Communications Campaign.
IQ Solutions won a $2.0 competitive call order on PICS II for professional communications and outreah support supporting the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases
Related, we've been having many discussions with firms that are looking to hire full time business development positions. One of the things that struck us was the lack of clarity around what exactly they were looking for and what the role looked like to each company. We've been able to help with that by doing an 360 degree assessment of the organization's BD processes, tools, and resources resulting in a framework that provides clarity on roles and responsibilities and where/how it slots in organizationally. If this is something you've been thinking about, please feel free to reach out.
Looking ahead, we're excited about the upcoming release of our annual GL100 report, alongside a series of insightful webinars and reports designed to keep you informed and ahead of the curve. As always, our commitment extends beyond these resources; we're here to support your business development journey in every aspect, from pipeline cultivation and teaming strategies to comprehensive proposal management. Please stay tuned for further updates and do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance or inquiries. Together, let's make FY24 a resounding success.
Stay hungry, stay well.
