Recent Contract Wins, Joint Ventures, and Proposal Support

We're in the final month of the Fiscal Year! We're seeing a very healthy flurry of activity as well as awards this first week. But, looking back to August - we saw a handful of competitive contracts secured:

  • L&M Policy Research captured an $8M competitive task order at CMS for Consumer Research to Improve Health Insurance Marketplace Experience, Choice, and Decision Making

  • Marketing For Change won a $4.8M competitive task order at CMS for Research to Support Health Insurance Marketplace Outreach and Education

  • RTI secured a $2.1M contract at the FDA for the Campaign Evaluation Data Harmonization Project

  • LRG won a $1.9M contract at HRSA for HRSA Advisory Council Meeting Support Services

  • Pathways 2 Solutions secured a $654K contract at VBA for Satellite Media Tour Services

  • Fors Marsh landed a $643K contract at the Social Security Administration for the Initial Disability Application Tools Evaluation

  • Red Carrot captured a $517K contract at SBA for Press Distribution Services, Office of Communication and Public Liaison in the Small Business Administration

Mentor-Protégé Program & Joint Ventures: As we've talked about previously, the Mentor-Protege Program continues to pick up steam in our marketing communications sector. BLN and Fors Marsh recently achieved their GSA Schedule for their 8(a) joint venture. And, related, on a joint venture note Montage Marketing and Magnum Multimedia have formed a promising joint venture, setting the stage for further collaborative success.

Proposal Support: As we approach the final few weeks of proposal season, we’ve received inquiries about supporting video proposals and submissions. If your RFP calls for this type of assistance, please reach out. Additionally, we offer external proposal reviews on an hourly or fixed-fee basis, but availability is limited, and we can only support one submission per proposal.
