Marketing Communications Federal Contract Awards in September

In the final month of FY21, we saw a flurry of new contract awards for marketing communications firms. Overall, there were 50+ contract awards. Here's a high-level snapshot of the larger, competitive contracts (over $1M):

  • Davis Management Group won a $4.5M contract at USAID for Comprehensive PR Support

  • Creative Marketing Resources won a $2.5M contract for Web Modernization at USDA

  • Hager Sharp won a $3.4M competitive call order at USDA for Communications and Marketing Support Services

  • Aptive Resources won a $10M contract at the VA for Organizational Development and Communications

  • Resilience Action Partners (JV between Ogilvy and Michael Baker) retained its contract at FEMA for Community Engagement and Risk Communication Support Services valued at $155M

And, we continued seeing a lot of activity at HHS including:

  • Schatz Publishing Group won a $1.1M contract at the Office on Trafficking Persons for Public Health Campaign

  • BETAH Associates won a competitive, $17.2M contract at HHS for Comprehensive Communications on the PICS II vehicle

  • Fors Marsh Group won a $3.8M contract for Blood and Plasma Donation Communication Campaign on the PICS II vehicle

  • Hager Sharp secured a $20M competitive task order for a National, Social Norming Communications Campaign to Address Vaccine Confidence in Pediatric Populations

  • Crosby Marketing won a $2.7M contract for Telehealth Gateway Promotional Campaign

  • Brunet Garcia won a $3.1M competitive task order for Screen for Life Campaign Support as well as a $18.3M competitive task order for Drug Overdose Campaign Research on the CDC Health Marketing BPA

  • Palladian Partners won a $16.1M contract for Communications and Outreach Support for Scientific, Provider and Public Audiences at NIH

  • L&M Policy Research won a $4.1M contract for Research to Inform Medicare Outreach and Communication at CMS
