We hope you had a very successful year end with new contract awards for you and your teams to deliver on!

For many, it's been a busier (and crazier) "busy season" than previous years. As you start thinking about FY21, consider the following four things:

  • Take a minute or a half-day (...or a full day) to catch your breath and unwind 

  • Request a debrief for each and every opportunity, win or lose

  • Huddle up with your teams to reflect on what worked in FY20, what didn't work, and where you can improve in FY21

  • Start planning for FY21 by furthering your understanding of target markets, industry, and enhancing your internal business development function(s)

Congrats again on FY20...and, cheers to a new fiscal year!
